I had service from Austec and after bad service from two other co's Austec was the only ones who knew what they were doing. GREAT SERVICE!!!

Thank you for your perserverance in fixing my washing machine. You don't appreciate having one until you have one that doesn't work! I had given up on this one but Justin figured it out. I think it was a weird problem with inconsistent symptoms and I give Justin a lot of credit for fixing it. I also appreciate Brandon's professionalism when he came out in the early stages of the problem. Thank you all! (I hope this machine lasts for a while) :)

I had called another company and they wouldn't be able to come out to even look at my washer until the next week. I called Austec and they were out the next day, ordered part needed for repair, and were back completing repair by the third day. I am happy to have my washer up and running better than in a long time.

that noise and smell is a distant memory.

I am especially glad to have my washer in good condition with my inlaws visiting this weekend!!

Travis did an outstanding job!!! I have had several companies out here replacing parts and never fixed; but Travis came out and found loose wire!! I just want the service manager to know that Travis did a stand up job and I am very happy!

Travis and TJ were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable and explained things before doing anything. They are very wonderful young men and I greatly appreciate their full attention towards our problems and excellent support and professionalism.

Justin J gave me great service. I purchased a new Frigidare upright freezer from Lowes in September 2008 and have had a problem since I bought it where frost and ice build up on the top of the door frame by the gaskey. I have had three different service companies come out to try and fix this problem over the last several months and their technicians have attempted to fix teh problem multiple times. Justin came out last week and said he needed to order a repair kit for the door. He got it ordered and came out yesterday to install it. so far, no frost or ice is building up on the door frame and seal and I believe that this may be the fix that has been needed for so long. I can't tell you how much time and frustration trying to get this problem fixed has caused in trying to work with the other service companies and Electrolux. Many of the companies didn't even show up when I had scheduled appointments and they didn't follow through in ordering and needed kit.

I have not had this kind of exceptional service in quite some time. TJ is a true genteman and is very professional and courteous. He was friendly and informative regarding the entire repair process. I insist on this company for any and all units purchased from Lowes. TJ was timely and always called on time. I want to make sure everyone at Austec knows of the exceptional employee they have. Great company and experience.

Your technician was very nice and knew what he was doing; he found the problem and fixed it right away.

I would like to make mention of an outstanding job done by your employee, Jacob. Jacob was patient and showed great perseverance on what seemed like a difficult task. Please thank Jacob and know that if I have any other issues with any appliance, I will call Austec.

I have an old trash compactor whose door was stuck and wouldn't open. A repairman from another company spent a long time trying to fix it with no luck. I called Austec Appliance, though I figured it was probably a waste of time and money. I would have been satisfied if they could even just get the drawer open so I could empty the trash; I figured the compactor was probably a goner. Then Travis from Austec Appliance came out. He called at least three times beforehand to let me know when he was coming. He worked hard to diagnose the problem and resolved it successfully. I was very impressed and will surely used him again and again.

JD was the most courteous, polite, and awesome guy. it is hard to find that type of guys nowadays. i was extremely satisfied with your service and my overall experience.

I would like to commend Jacob, the service technician, who repaired my Whirlpool Washing Machine. He was very precise and did an excellent job. He kept in contact with me regarding my appointment and arrived on time. He exceeded my expectation for a job well done. I would recommend him to anyone.

I was impressed that Austec's technician was professional and very knowledgeably regarding the repair of my high end appliance! I have full Viking appliances; and am lucky to have David at Austec to not only repair my oven, but to show me features I was unaware of after owning the oven for over 2 yrs. The service and expertise I received from Austec Appliance was affordable and complete.I recommend them to anyone who wants good honest service.

Travis B was the 3rd technician we had come out to service our Samsung refrigerator. First two guys couldn't diagnose the problem and told me I was hearing things(funny, loud running sound every minute or so). This went on for a couple of months, driving me crazy. Travis B came out, figured out the problem, ordered the part and wah-lah, it was fixed. Blessed silence. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and we were very pleased with the service.

I had Austec appliance out for warranty service on my dishwasher. They confirmed their appointment the week before, called me in the morning with an estimated arrival time, showed up on time and completed the repairs very fast. Overall one of the best experiences with an appliance repair company I have had.
