I had called another company and they wouldn't be able to come out to even look at my washer until the next week. I called Austec and they were out the next day, ordered part needed for repair, and were back completing repair by the third day. I am happy to have my washer up and running better than in a long time.

that noise and smell is a distant memory.

I am especially glad to have my washer in good condition with my inlaws visiting this weekend!!
