I have an old trash compactor whose door was stuck and wouldn't open. A repairman from another company spent a long time trying to fix it with no luck. I called Austec Appliance, though I figured it was probably a waste of time and money. I would have been satisfied if they could even just get the drawer open so I could empty the trash; I figured the compactor was probably a goner. Then Travis from Austec Appliance came out. He called at least three times beforehand to let me know when he was coming. He worked hard to diagnose the problem and resolved it successfully. I was very impressed and will surely used him again and again.
